iPhone 15 pro and pro max too slow on wifi connection

Same issue here. My iPhone 15 Pro is so slow. It takes me back to the old days when I had to wait for the squeal of the dial up tone to know I getting close to connecting to the WiFi.

Same exact issues. IPhone 15 Pro Max. Ridiculous for what I paid for this.

I tired the same trick and it seemed to have worked… now, does anyone know why?

Are you saying you switched your router to 2.5 from 5 or the other way around?

The iPhone 15pro has the worst internet connectivity. I should have kept my old iPhone.

I don’t see wifi 6E mode in settings when I follow your steps ..

Same here January 2024, upgraded from iPhone 13 Pro and still using iPhone X, 15 pro is so **** slow. Also, anyone else having a problem signing in instagram with 2 accounts? I tried everything!

Turn off private rely on iCloud+ as it’s causing it. Hope there’s a fix soon as it’s a good thing to have.

Same here! I had a 13 Pro Max, never had a bit of trouble with it and had to have this new titanium 15 Pro Max and I borderline hate it. It’s so frustrating.

Thanks, i can confirm that the workaround with Turning off private wifi-address works. Anyway i assume it has to do with the Wifi. I hope Apple will fix that asap.

The issue remains on iPhone 15 Pro Max in May 2024. Have to switch off and back on the WiFi to get the normal speed again. Turning off private WiFi address didn’t do the trick for me.
