Microphone not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max
I just bought a iPhone 15 Pro Max, and suddenly I had this problem where the microphone in many apps does not work like in WhatsApp, Snapchat Instagram and other apps, but more importantly, the voice memos app. When I record a video on my iPhone the sound is clear, even when I record a front video, there is no problem with the sound so i ran a test for the three microphones( front, rear, bottom ) they all work great so I don’t understand where is the problem coming from ,especially that the phone is brand new. I just got it like three weeks ago. when making phone calls, it works . Does anyone know how to fix this problem please? I just got it brand new and it’s really frustrating to have this problem. I tried before to back up all my data and to reset my iPhone like a brand new phone but the problem persists ,but normally with the tests i did , It’s not a hardware problem.
