Wi-Fi assist can’t be turn off

It sounds like your Wi-Fi assist is greyed out. We can help.

Is this happening on a managed device, such as one through an employer or school? If so, it might be a restricted feature in the Managed Profile. If that's the case, you would need to contact the entity that manages the device for help.

If you don't have a managed profile, a diagnostic test can let us know about issues with components in your iPhone. You can connect with Apple directly using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
