Hello kmsylva,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're having some issues with connecting to your daughter's Screen Time settings for her iPhone. Make sure both your iPhone and your daughter's iPhone are up-to-date. The latest version of iOS is 17.0.3. If you visit Settings > General > About, and this does not show for Version, you'll want to make a backup of each device and update the software on the device to see if this helps to correct the issue. Here's information on how: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.

If both devices are up-to-date and you still have the issue, power cycle the iPhone with these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If you still have the problem, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance with this issue. You can reach out to them by clicking here: Get Support or over the phone by calling the number that is most local to your region: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

Best wishes!
