Xin chào Apple, vào ngày 17/10/2023 tôi có dùng thử 1 ứng dụng Camera 360, tôi không biết nên đã bấm dùng thử 3 ngày, sau đó đã bị trừ tiền ứng 1 năm(699.000vnđ) thì tôi bị trừ thẳng phí 699.000 vnđ vào tài khoản thẻ của tôi, nhưng tôi lại không có ý định đăng ký dịch vụ 1 năm này, tôi đã yêu cầu được hoàn tiền lại nhưng bị từ chối. Mong Apple có thể xem lại trường hợp này của tôi.

You need to contact Apple Support DirectlyThis is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

REQUESTED REFUND BUT WAS REJECTED
Hello Apple, on October 17, 2023, I tried a Camera 360 application. I didn't know so I tried it for 3 days. After deducting the 1-year advance fee (699,000 VND), I deducted the fee of 699,000. VND to my account card, but I have no intention of signing up for this 1-year service. I requested a refund but was denied. I hope Apple can review my case.
