Downtime No Longer Working Properly in IOS 17.0.3

About 3 days ago Downtime stopped working properly. I usually have it set up to limit app usage between certain hours on certain days, but as of late it appears to be stuck on regardless of the day and the time requiring me to select "ignore limit for today" even when there should be no limit. The issue persists even when I turn it off (downtime) completely in settings, apps still greet me with the "You've Reached Your Limit" message. I have tried restarting my device multiple times but the issue still appears to persist.

(An important side note is I recently updated to an apple watch ultra 2 from a series 2 which did not share focus modes so i'm not sure if this is just a software glitch now that my watch can trigger focus modes as well?)

Has anyone else experienced/been experiencing this issue lately?

Hi Wavefather,

As you indicate a change to your Apple Watch as well, a good first step in identifying potential causes for the behavior you describe would be to review your Screen Time report as outlined in Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

"See your report and set limits

Screen Time gives you a report showing how your device is used, apps you've opened, and websites you've visited. To see the report, go to Settings > Screen Time and tap See All Activity under the graph. From there, you can see your usage, set limits for your most used apps, and see how many times a device was picked up or received a notification.

If you turned on Share Across Devices, you can view overall usage across devices that are signed in with your Apple ID and password."

Check to see if the times and durations shown there reflect accurate usage. You can tap on many areas of the screen to obtain additional data further outlining where or how the figures are obtained to see if the Apple Watch may be contributing.

Regards.
