I'am having some shutdown issue on my 13 pro max on my replaced phone. i had the same issue on my old phone that had a stability issue and had to replace it to the new one that is having the same issue. i was not doing any heavy usage and the battery was at 37 percentage and in low power mode

If that doesn't resolve the issue, does your iPhone need updating to iOS 17.0.3? Do you have a recent backup for the data in your iPhone in iCloud or your computer? If not, we recommend that you create one as described here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
