Connect to iTunes screen appeared, presents error(9) while trying to restore after iOS update?

Hello there, I updated my iPhone 13pro max to the latest IOS 17.0.3 from 17.0.2 and not even an hour or so later my iPhone started to glitch a bit which I thought was strange but just ignored it and after that it started to flash on me and then it went pure white "screen of death" When I tried plugging my phone to iTunes to do a hard reset i get the message "There is a problem with the iPhone that requires to be updated or restored" so i tried updating it several times and it always turns on with a white screen and then I tried restoring 2-3 times but nothing changed and also my iTunes brings up this message "error 9" always and for that response on apples support it say "The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9)" which doesn't help one bit.

(screen of death is the issue)

Any help or response would be appericated !
