Is Egato provide a software for digitalise SVHS video on my mac venture 13.4.1 I bought their video capture but i'm not able to bring my video on my computer

I have never used this particular model, but I have had a few EyeTV devices. Some of those also had S-Video or RCA inputs.
The EyeTV software was able to record video from these devices.

What product did you buy, exactly? Elgato used to have a great line of tv and video capture products. I have not used them in a while. I believe the Elgato EyeTV software is now available from Geniatech.
