Can’t update apps in App Store

My private iPad is all of a sudden wanting the password for my work email attached to my work iPad. The Apple store is in my personal email yet it wants a password for my work iPad why? I need to update important apps how do I resolve this

The other Apple ID is stored inside those applications. Log in with it or delete and redownload them.
