Cancel app subscription

Hi , I have an Apple TV box . I used the two week trial of ROUVY but when I try to cancel it the page won't load just buffers constantly from settings /user/ sign in manually / subscriptions /ROUVY then continuous buffering so I'm unable to cancel . The first full monthly payment has just been taken and I need to cancel .

try If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and maybe also Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
