Podcasts not loading on Apple Watch with 4G

Since the latest OS updates (iOS 17 & watchOS 10) I can't stream my podcasts anymore with 4G on my Apple Watch. I have this issue on my old Apple Watch Series 6 as well as on my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I went to an Apple retailer in town and they have never hard of the issue before but were surprised that they could reproduce it. It works as follows:

  1. Go to iPhone settings and turn bluetooth off (apple watch has to be in 4G mode).
  2. Go to Apple Watch settings and turn wifi off.
  3. Alternatively you can just leave the the house and leave the iPhone behind until the Apple Watch switches to 4G and loses wifi connection.
  4. Go to podcasts on your Apple Watch
  5. Go to any podcast you want to stream (not one that you downloaded beforehand) aside of the one that was just streaming when you left the house. And that won't work.

Since the update it's not possible to stream podcasts anymore through 4G on any Apple Watch. I've made a video here to see the behavior: https://shorturl.at/rGW18

Only rebooting the watch solves the problem. Can you also reproduce this? Have you found a solution for it? Thanks a lot for your support in advance.
