Major Panel Search Warning message wont clear, keeps popping up

Restarted my mac now I keep getting a system warning message pop up, have cleared al the Majoe Panel files and folders but, I click OK and a few seconds later message pops up, MAC is running fine just want this off my screen. Please help

Hello. My Mac is running very slowly and has been doing so for a long time. Hello. My Mac is running very slowly and has been doing so for some time. I have tried cleaning it up with CleanmyMac but it doesn't seem to make any difference. On restarting the Mac, it can take 5 minutes to start up and render the 40 or so files on the desktop. Programmes take several minutes to open and often crash before opening. Web pages take a long time to open - several minutes for the simplest of pages that have been loaded before. Likewise, trying to open Word or Excel files from Finder takes several minutes. I have run an Etrecheck report on it which is attached. Thanks for any advice you can give.

"The file can't be found" popup on startup When I startup/reboot my computer, I get this random popup alert that says "The file can't be found". No idea why or when it started happening in relation to any new software or software updates that were installed. Clicking the "?" button just opens a blank system help window. How the heck do I track down the source of this and get rid of this popup??? Halp!
