Assistivetouch turning on and off randomly

i got a popup on my phone something to do with the home button. my home button is fine, i got it replaced by a local phone repair shop a few days ago. i did not read the pop up so im not sure what it said. But it seems to keep making the assistive touch on and off, if i turn it off it turns back on in a minute. If i leave it, it turns off in a minute and then back on.

im on iphone 8 with ios16.7.1
