Emergency Override Screen Not Working

Long story short, it was raining for a bit.

My phone was on 7% or something, so when I put it on charge it said "Liquid detected" and gave me the emergency override option.

It charged my phone for about 10 minutes but now my screen is not responding to touch at all.

It's been on 1% with no power loss for a day now, I've tried drying it with a hair dryer about 10 minutes ago and still no change.

Really not sure what to do and really concerned about how to proceed.

All you can do is to attempt to let your phone dry out for a couple of days. The liquid detection is usually in the connector and sensed when attached to power. Apple does recommend tapping the iPhone in your hand with the connector facing down, but not to use a hair dryer. If all has failed, you will need to schedule a Genius appointment. We will be unable to determine if there is any hardware damage.
