Iphone falls and wont turn on

I have Iphone 13 Pro I purchased it a year ago and today my Iphone falls from the height and immediate after falling it heated up alot and now it is not turning on

Please suggest me what to do I have alot of data in it and cant loose it and I have no backup for it

Take the phone to an Apple Store (make an appointment first) or to an authorized Apple Service shop to let the technicians take a look and go over your options with you.


You can find a list of authorized shops in your area by using the link below:


Find Locations


Backups have to occur......before.....problems occur. It is unlikely that the data on your phone can be saved when damage has occurred and service is required.

Your description sounds like your iPhone has been physically damaged. You will need to take it to an Apple Store or an authorized repair facility for evaluation.


The time to prepare your data for a disaster is well before that disaster happens, not after. If your iPhone requires repair or replacement, your data will probably be gone when you get it back. Start making regular backups as soon as possible. iCloud makes it very simple.
