I am trying to upgrade my IPhone 13 with 210GB available space from ver 16.7.1 to 17.0.3. Download paused and will not restart

Iphone stuck preparing installing I tried to update my 12pm from 17.3.1 to 17.4.1. After downloading file its stuck into preparing installing for 3hrs then I delete the download file and again trying to update but still its stuck preparing installation. I restart my phone but still Im facing the same problem. How can I fixed this problem?

Make sure its connected to Wi-Fi, and has at least 50% battery power or is connected to power.

Also, the update screen, should offer a brief explanation of why it is paused.
