Insufficient storage for iPhone 13 update despite available space

It says I need 14,24 GB to update, but my phone already has 46,58 GB of space. I'm Iphone 13, stuck in IOS 17.6.1. What should I do?

Update your phone using your computer (Finder on Mac or Apple Devices/iTunes on Windows) --> Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
