Can I leave my Macbook Air 13", year 2020, plugged in and charging for long periods of time?

I have this Macbook Air that I have been frequently using on a daily. I use it at different rates throughout the day, which is having it plugged in for about 6 plus hours and unplugging it for about 3 hours. After my use throughout the day I leave it plugged in overnight. There are times like the weekend when I would drain it to a minimum but thats what I want to know, what is the approach to me reserving its battery life in this situation?

You can keep your Mac plugged in continuously with no ill effects.
