iPhone 14 pro max am I blocked if blue arrow goes to green
Does it mean I’m blocked if the blue arrow goes to green and the chat bubbles are green and says sent as text?

Messages turning to green is not an indication of you being blocked. In fact, you won't get any notification if you are blocked, the messages just aren't delivered. Per: Block, filter, and report messages on iPhone - Apple Support
"When you block a specific contact or phone number, messages from that person or number aren’t delivered. (The person sending the message doesn’t know that their message was blocked.)"
As to why the blue text bubbles in the Messages app are turning to green bubbles on your iPhone, this would indicate that text messages are being sent as SMS instead of iMessage. This occurs when iMessage is unavailable at the time/location at which you or the receiver are using the iPhone.
