watchOS 10.1 : Heart rate complication invisible

Yes. I noticed this tonight as well. I also looked through many of the faces and I don’t see the heart rate complication showing. It’s one of the most important features for me and most of why I purchased the Apple Watch. Please fix it Apple.

people does stand behind this not computing machines. have mercy a bit for them. you all even don’t have a clue how to compute and how exhausting this job can be. you have to be a husband, a father/mother and on top of all life work a son or a daughter for your old parents. calm down people. we will not live forever.

I am stunned this has not been cared for with so many users dependent on the heart features and Apples ongoing focus on health. I am put off by the fact in 2 store visits and new watch purchase at one of them, no one would check for a known issue with heart rate feature. This forum has been reporting them for weeks if not months. I didn’t want to buy the 9 watch, I was going to wait for the 10. Hoping they get on the ball. Heart patients and those focused on health are suffering.

Same...my watch updated a couple nights ago and now no longer shows heart rate on the face. I have tried resetting the face, switching to a different face and then switching back and I've also restarted my watch but the issue does not resolve.

It still doesn’t give the number on your face screen just shows a heart. Which would be same thing as it not showing up. When it doesn’t show up on the other faces if you click where supposed to be it opens app. Which same thing as the modular face you just see the heart only difference.

Mine doesn't display at all either. Super frustrating. Like most others, I can click where it's supposed to be and it opens the app and will display there, but won't display on the watch face. This really needs to get fixed ASAP.

Getting to think seriously that Apple is losing contact with its customers. Just getting too big to care, OR having so many complaints they just can’t reply fast enough.

COME ON APPLE!!! GET YOUR S**T TOGETHER!!! There are too many of us that reply on the Apple Watch for health reasons for you to ignore us!! Ugh!!!!

I am also facing same issue and tried all possible options and suggestions provided on different forums. No use. Still heart rate complication is not visible. This is really ridiculous and unacceptable from Apple, releasing the OS updates without checking the such a major bugs.

So I tried following along with that word salad but the lack of punctuation made it very difficult. My attempt to do what you said was unsuccessful, but I'm not sure if that's because of the issue itself or because it's difficult to follow the instructions in that run-on sentence.

Yes this is very welcoming good news! The latest watchOS update fixed the missing Heart Rate complication issues.

I actually "went one step further" but don't think it is really necessary; I deleted all my Watch Faces and start afresh.

Just as I thought Apple would do after they incurred patent infrigmwnts(Mossimo)from a judges ruling! I haven’t run the update! Does the Heartrate complications still function as before you updated your software?

Same here. What is interesting is when you go to the app, the BPM and "minutes ago" are different then the watch face. For example, the watch face reflects 65 BPM taken 25 minutes ago, go to app and it reflects 68, 4 minutes ago.

Apple is aware of the discrepancy. Hopefully then can fix this and the refresh rate closer to the rate prior to the update.

Let us know if you figure out a way to fix this. I tried everything I could. So frustrating... on a brand new expensive device.
