Trying to find a way is there a way to look at past history on the touchpad that you’ve dialed in?
for instance, when I clock into work, I punch in the 10 digit, number and then type in my ID number and then push #5
are there internal files that log this?

No. And, even if you could, then that would make it a major Privacy & Security concern, if someone else would see it. But if you want to know when you logged in to something, then view your Login History. If you forgot your credentials, then use the "Forgot" links.
