Coverage expired problem

i have recently purchased new iPhone 15 pro max on Sep 26, 2023. It had coverage till Sep 27, 2024. But now it is showing coverage expired. What is the problem?

Is this AppleCare? If so, get the data corrected...


I. Contact Apple Support:

  1. Go here: Update your Proof of Purchase - Apple Support
  2. As it Reads: "Contact Apple Support to update your Apple device information. To update your information, contact Apple Support by phone. If you have an AppleCare plan, have your AppleCare agreement number, your device's serial number, and your sales receipt ready when you call."


II. How to Converse with Apple Support:

As you might suspect, no one here's access to your account. So, contact Apple Support. Ask to perform a screensharing session of your iPhone. They’ll see this firsthand form your perspective, and will run you right through the fix. III. Apple Support Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
