MacBook Pro 13 inch 2022 sold by authorized seller Reliance Digital Industries received in seal box found Software Information's Framework of Unidentified Dev . Fake device sold applicable authority to deal the situation ?

In Settings , click System Report which redirect to System Information , in Software section's Framework details developers are mentioned as Unidentified Developers which should be Apple . Apple India Pvt. Ltd imports devices and distributes to all authorized seller . Now sealed package was received and the main problem of sold fake notebook or MacBook Pro 13 inch 2022 may not contain M1 chip a Customer cannot check every single items and has to depend on goodwill of Apple Inc . So responsibility is of Apple Inc as since fake I have serious doubt of its chip is M1 , but I cannot verified with any authorized repair shop as in that case the computer was opened if identified onus comes to customer or myself . In this situation what should I do ?
