Where do Permanently Deleted Photos Go on iPhone?

Apple doesn't participate here. And I think the answers have been very clear. Once permanently deleted, photos and videos are gone. They can't be recovered. Because Permanent is Permanent. It can't be made much clearer than that.

You don't. That is why they say they are "permanently" deleted. It doesn't get much more clear than that. Of course if you saved them on your own to a computer or another device, they will still be there, but on your device they are gone for good.

I didn't make any backups in time befor they are deleted, so that is what bothers me the most.

Do you use iCloud Photos on your iPhone and your computer?

If so, do you have any backups of your computer, of the drive where your system Photos Library is stored, dating from before you permanently deleted the photos from iCloud Photos? At that time, your computer may have had local copies of the photos on its disk.

If you really have no backups of your phone or of your computer, then it sounds like they are gone …

False. Google was able to recover data you had stored in Google’s cloud service. That has absolutely nothing to do with Apple.

"Permanently deleted" means "you can't get them back".

If you didn't store them anyplace else, you already know the answer. Permanent means forever and that means you can't restore them.

Why is this so difficult? The meaning of the word "permanently" means what it says.
