When sending text messages to an android phone, my pictures simply don’t go through

I’ve been dealing with this for almost 2 years I’ve called technical support. I follow the steps they have told me. I’ve purchased a new iPhone still the same problem. Sometimes I’ll put the phone on airplane mode put the Wi-Fi on and text it and the pictures will go through. That is the only way I can send a picture on an android. I also sent another request and I cannot search for past text messages on this phone. Nothing comes up. If I search on my MacBook it’s perfect same issue for emails but something does come up when I click on the email the screen is white this is the newest iPhone and the best you have the iPhone Pro Max, 15, 256 GB’s. There is something clearly wrong with your phone there’s glitches and I don’t know how to fix it. I paid over $1000 for this phone. I’ve had every single iPhone since they’ve come out I can’t operate my business I’m gonna switch to android.

iPad, iPadOS 15

Hi Dougkkk,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, we'll be happy to see how we can help with the issues you are facing.

You first mentioned you have not been able to send photos using MMS. Since you are able to send these photos when using Wi-Fi while the cellular service is cut off, it narrows this down to the carrier. SMS/MMS is a service provided by and supported by the carrier, so you will want to work with them as to why the photos do not send when using MMS.

For searching text messages, have you gone to Settings > Siri & Search > scroll down to Messages to verify no settings have changed without your knowledge? See Siri Suggestions on iPhone - Apple Support for details.

When you say email opens to a white screen, we need more information to know how to troubleshoot this with you. Are you saying with the Mail app opens, there's only a white screen, or when you tap on an email to read it, then it becomes a white screen? The more you share the better we can help. Or you can reach out to Apple Support for assistance by going to Get Support.

Take care!

Thank you for responding back. Your answer is only half correct in fact it does not work on Wi-Fi when the phone is on I have to put it on airplane mode then turn Wi-Fi on and will send to android customers there Hass to be another issue. I’ve had the problem with Verizon with spectrum with multiple phones. It does not work on Wi-Fi unless I put it in airplane mode.
