Diseable touchbar in macbook pro m1 (with esc key)

I have macbook pro m1 with touchbar (esc key) and touchbar touch is working but the display in touchbar is not workin, after that sleep, restart and other functionality is not working properly, it's crashing the os with panic with this report {panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffe002687c7cc): "virtual IOReturn ADPParamFIFO::programFIFO(IOMemoryMap *): ADP FIFO still busy after 1000ms" @ADPParamFIFO.cpp:263} i think completely diseabling the touchbar might fix this. Did anyone fix this issue or any idea how to fix this?

You are not going to disable the Touchbar...
