Keyboard is not responding
Please determine if you can start your Mac in "Safe Mode", and enter your password while in that mode: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. If that Mac's keyboard is not working at all, the attempt to restart in Safe Mode may not work either.
Where are you trying to enter that password?
Are you unable to log into the Mac?
Can you shut it down and try again?
At main log on screen. Have shut down and restarted. Fully charged Cursor is blinking but when I press a key nothing happens.
