Ringer! My phone rings with ringer in the off position.

My iPhone. I keep getting calls when phone is in silent mode.

Troubleshooting Continuous iPhone Ring:


A. Enable Do Not Disturb:

  1. Open: Control Center (Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen).
  2. Tap: Focus
  3. Tap: Do Not Disturb (so that it is green)


B. Go Here: If a Button or Switch isn't Working - Apple Support
