Prevent certain photos appearing in memories

When my son was younger he suffered a medical episode. During this time we had to document progress and we did this with photos. Thankfully my son is 100% recovered but these photos are heartbreaking to see.

I can’t delete them for various reasons so how can I stop them being considered for inclusion in memories?

Its lovely to get a memory reel pop up with my son when he was younger but it’s absolutely soul crushing when the next photo slide is one of the medical documentation photos.
