Apple Health Sleep Schedule
I am confused regarding correct settings for sleep schedule in Apple Health.
The title "Bedtime and Wake Up" suggests I first choose my bedtime for a given day and consequently wake up time is on the next day. Is this correct?
What I want to achieve:
Go to bed on Tuesday 11 pm and wake up Wednesday 7 am.
What do I set? Bedtime 11 pm / wake up time 7 am for Tuesday or for Wednesday?
The basic question is, if the settings are about when to end a day (by going to bed) or about when to start a day (after sleep time). And I do not feel this is documented very well.
