Pause and unpause videos on browser (Chrome) and launch apple music app itself (Mac M1)

having cleanmymac on your computer could very well be the issue. it is considered malware by most experienced Mac users. it can and does cause issues within macOS while providing zero protection or benefits. you would do well to uninstall it using the developer's instructions.

It does not touch the Operating System itself unless you consider your User Account ( Home Folder ) as part of the Operating System
