Wifi Calling stoped working after updating to iOS 17.10

I updated my iPhone to iOS 17.1, and the wifi calling stopped working. I called the carrier, but they could not fix the issue. I put the SIM in a Samsung S21 phone, and Wi-Fi calling works fine there on the same line...

iphone15 running ios 18.2, wifi calling isnt working I have an iphone15 running ios 18.2. wifi calling isn’t working, and under WiFi calling page, “update emergency address” isn’t shown. The carrier is Spectrum; an hour later they exhausted their tools and confirmed that from their side, everything is setup. -Settings -cellular -WiFi calling -WiFi calling on this iPhone (toggle on) - “enable WiFi calling” page (cancel or enable —> enable) - pop up stating “WiFi calling To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Spectrum”. Click ok, and WiFi calling radio button is back to being unchecked. i have restarted the device multiple times, and reset network (but this network has previously worked)

ios 16.4.1 wifi calling not working iPhone 14 - Wi-Fi calling stopped working after iOS 16.4.1 update. Clearly iOS issue as my android phone with same carrier on same internet network works fine. Are they they fixing it soon??

I updated my iphone 13 to 17.1.1. My phone stopped working also. No calling on ATT network or wifi. Phone would not retrieve data-maps etc. I found this on a website and it seemed to work. I dialed *#31# No idea why that worked but it did.
