When I try to delete a credit card, it tells me that I have an active subscription on that credit card that needs to be paid. But when I look in my subscriptions, there are no active ones so I don’t know what it wants me to pay. Anyone have any ideas?

You cannot remove a payment method unless you first input a new payment method.
If you have not supplied a new payment method, the system may be offering you a default reason for not allowing you to remove the credit card.
You usually need to have added a valid payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps.
