Never received my education pack redeem codes

Hi, I recently purchased the pro apps bundle for education with my apple ID (that is in NL). I purchased the pack online from the Finnish store. Hence my receipt is in Finnish. However I did not receive any encrypted file with redeem codes.


How can I get my purchases?

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, no-one here has access to your accounts or details to check this out for you. We'd like to help, however.


You might want to check your "Junk" / "Spam" eMail folders, and also search for an eMail from Apple:

(Please choose the Mac OS version installed on your Mac at the top of the "search" article below.)

Search for emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Seems you need to contact Apple to ask directly about the issue.

As Apple users, we can not speak, make promises, or in any way act for Apple.


Eg: There are a choice of contact details in the reply above,

else click "Support" at bottom left on this discussion thread

to reach out to Apple Support (online chat, phone, email etc.

Hi I checked, the email is not in spam either. Is there any way I can get the email to be sent to me? I only have a receipt with the purchase. I would like to return the purchase if I can not use or have access to the pack. When I looked at my purchase and wanted to return, it said this was not possible.


How to proceed when I did not get the email, is there a way to reclaim / get the email still?
