I got a WhatsApp chat from Apple Support about my stolen phone. I have their location and the number, please help.

My phone got stolen in Ecuador, I have the address and all details of the thief. But I am back in Germany now. I got a strange WhatsApp chat from "Apple Support" now (they have my number because I have my iPhone 14 pro, the stolen one, in lost mode with my number on it). It says the following, see below. Can you please help me retrieve my phone back?
