Mac Pro 2019 - Panic kernel and boot issue

Hello to you all.

I have often used the community, but I didn't think I would be affected by such a problem that I can't handle on my own.

My Mac Pro 2019 (specs attached) + Radeon RX6800 is having great problems booting correctly. It started a few months ago, very rarely, kernel panic, two attempts to turn it on.

Now, on the machine I work on, it sometimes takes me an hour to turn on the computer through a thousand ways (reset PRAM, etc.)...

I tried booting without an external GPU card - same situation.

Can you help?

Kernel panic is not ONE problem, it is one of Thousands of problems.

Kernel Panic Reports are stored at:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

If you copy and paste that string into:

Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder

it will take you to the Folder where those reports are stored.

They are named with Date&Time and start or end in ‘panic’

If you find one, please post the entire report here, by using the “additional text” Icon in the reply footer (looks like a paper with writing).

Please don’t post more about 20 lines of any other types of reports — they are interminable, and any information useful for this purpose is on the first screenful.

Grant,

I was sure this is exactly what would happen :(

My happiness was short-lived. After a couple of normal launches, everything came back with a vicious force.

I tried booting for 1.5h testing new options again and again.

At the very end it booted without:

- Apple PCI board with 2x USB2.0, 2xTB3 and minijack

- Radeon RX 6800 TX

No external drive connected.

Below is a record of the kernel panic.

Thank you very much for the details of the way to submit data!

I am very hopeful that this will be a step is investigating what is going on in my mac.

As of yesterday, the system is booting at 1920x1080 resolution.

On my external screen (LG OLED 42inch C2) I always had it set to 3840x2610px in the display settings.

Below is the info that immediately displays after successfully turning on the mac:

In this folder: /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports - I only have what's in the screen shot.
