My current Apple ID email is going away. Apple won’t let me use my iCloud email address yet (says I have to wait 30 days)—but my current id email will be no longer active as of 3 days from now. My notification email is active, but Apple says I can’t use that as ID. What do I do?
Sign up with any one of the many free email providers and use that until you can use iCloud. Personally I would not use iCloud for an Apple ID. Should you have problems getting access to your account you won't be able to read the emails Apple is sending you to help you with the account.
