Depending on the version of iOS, you may be able to use this Support Article that does not require a computer. It requires iOS 15.2 or later.

If that does not work for you, then the only other option is using a computer. If there is an Apple Store nearby, you can go there for assistance.

Not possible to follow your instructions. The phone is Unavailable. The user cannot access any of the settings on the phone to make a backup because he has been locked out.
