Accessory Already Added

I was experiencing issues adding my Leviton D26HD and D215S smart switches after I changed my Wi-Fi name. I attempted to reconfigure the switches by resetting them and reading them to the Leviton app. This worked fine. Then I tried to add them to Apple Home and it kept giving me an error message that stated, “Accessory Already Added.” I was confused, as I had reset it in both Apple Home and Leviton. I figured out the issue. These Leviton switches have a second Factory Reset. When you press and hold the On toggle, the LED turns to amber. Normally, this is when I would let go and the light would begin to flash green and I would go through the set up process. However, you need to continue holding the on switch for another 10 seconds or so until the LED turns red. That is when you release and set up the lights in the Leviton App and the Home App. I attempted to answer a previous question on this but they had it locked due to inactivity on the post.
