Stop iCloud pop up with old email address

I have changed my email address/Apple ID and when I log into my account the new email address shows, but now I keep getting a pop up every 2 minutes asking me to sign into my account, but my old email address is already filled in and greyed out, so I can not change it. I saw the same question on an old thread and the person suggested "Go into the settings app and select the App Store presences. Log out of your old account and log back in with the current one. " which the person who asked said solved the problem. But I can't find anything called "App Store Presences" . Can anyone direct me to this or suggest another fix? The pop up has popped up three times just whist typing this post!

I am on a Windows 11 laptop and have an iphone if that makes any difference. I am signed in properly on my phone and can go to the icloud app in my browser and sign into icloud, just can't stop this pop up. Thanks
