How to ask for a refund on unrecognized charges?

I have multiple chargers on my bill for services that do not show anywhere in my history of purchases. How can I get these charges removed. If you can help I will go through my American Express and stop payment that way

I have been charged

4.28 on 9-16

16.22on 9-17

9.99 on 9-18

10.81 on 9-27

the other charges I agree with and found records but not the ones above

I need a service rep to help with this please

If you do not show purchases or charges in your Apple account, but only see a bill via email or charges on your credit card account, then your account may have been compromised. Call your credit card company and/or ignore bills via email which likely are from scammers.

FWIW, we are all other users here and there is no one from Apple here.
