Categorizing images on iPhone
I'm a new iPhone user and it has been absolutely infuriating to me that the phone stores ALL images in recents. Pictures from the camera, pictures saved from Facebook, pictures saved from internet browsers, screenshots - everything is just piled up in the same folder.
Now I understand that there are albums, but I can't choose an album like I would do on Android and designate it for pictures saved from Facebook let's say, where after that it just sends it there. I have to manually duplicate them into that album.
Seems stupid that now I have to spend good 30 minutes every Sunday manually sending pictures I acquired over the week to different albums on a device this expensive, when even a $150 android can do this automatically. I'm neurodivergent and it's starting to be extremely overwhelming that everything is just mixed in one place and takes so much time to detangle. Like I would imagine it would at the very least have an album for camera roll that is separate from pictures that are saved, but it doesn't. And I can't delete those pictures from that giant mess album, because doing that deletes it everywhere else. Arrrrgh.
Is there a trick to this that I just don't know or are Apple developers really that blind to this issue?
