Apple Music - Sorting Playlist

Is there no way to randomly sort playlist (not the songs, the playlist themselves) so I can put my favourites at top and such?

Should be a simple matter to select a playlist name, and drag it to the position I wish.

Worse, my wife REALLY needs this feature. She's got several hundred playlist, and uses them for dance classes. She really needs a way to keep the most used at the top OTHER than naming them 1a..something, 1b..something, 1aa (yes, spaces here) something ...
