I’ve got the volume turned all the way up on my phone and my alarms are so quiet that I can hardly hear them. I don’t know what to do and really need this fixed

First go to settings. Tap "Sounds and Haptics" then, under "Ringtone and Alert Volume," slide the slider to your right.
It works. Now the alarm volume follows the volume set for your ringer. Thank you!
OK, I got the alarm volume working louder for me. Here's how, when previewing different alarm sounds that is the time to press a left side button and then the volume slider appears on the screen on the left side. That is your slider, not the button. Slide to the volume you want. The alarm went off plenty loud. I picked up my phone I learned it's easy to accidentally lower the volume by slightly touching the top left button. Phone assumes you're AWAKE! If you steer clear of that button the volume is as loud as you want. HTH
