Don’t charge battery above 80

Hi, I was wondering if keeping the battery of my iPhone 15 plus above 20% and not charging it more than 80% will expand the battery life?

Which option is the best for keeping iPhone 13 Pro battery health at 100% is it better to charge iphone 13 pro every night with optimised night charging on or is it better to charge my phone at random times but limit charge between 20%-80%? which option would be the best to keep or maximise the battery health at 100%?

Keeping a 100% charge is best. So, stick with that.
