why are purchases not purchases when you are in a monthly subscription?. I've purchased 7+albums from itunes while i was paying £10.99 for apple music, all music purchased is not re-downloadable.

I think one reason your albums are being hidden is that your are removing them from your Library instead of just deleting the download.
If you have access to a computer with iTunes or a Mac with Music you could try unhiding that album when signing into your account: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
I can't help with splitting albums. The only thing you could try, but probably don't want to, is deleting the Music app and downloading it again. This will remove all data.
With my limited knowledge I’d still say there is or I have an issue with purchased music? As the 2 pix will show that I’ve purchased most of the queens of the Stone Age albums, but it still show me having to buy them in the other pix the songs from 1 of the albums..
I think you could be right about the bug, I bought songs for the deaf at the same time as another album by joy division, the joy division album is fine. The queens album is showing in my music as pictured. But I now have an additional fault/issue with the music app, now I’ve had this issue for a while, random albums split into multiple files/folders as pictured, I’ll clean them up by removing and re downloading then the next day another random bunch of music will have done the same??
Spent 3 hours on the phone with apple to be told the issue was because I was subscribed to Apple Music when I made the purchase. So any of the music I bought while in paying for Apple Music is not mine, though I have a receipt for it.
Are you sure you’re in the iTunes Store? It says you don’t have any purchased apps??
Check for hidden purchases in the Music app itself. Tap on your profile, scroll up to Account Settings then see if any hidden purchases are shown.
Hi, in the first screen shot you can see all the albums I’ve purchased for that band, in the second screen shot you can see a selection of singles from the same band, on some of the songs it has (play) and some have (0.99p).
so what I getting to is if I’ve purchased the album they should all have play next to them.

I am seeing something similar to you. Looking at albums of an artist I can see Purchased. Tapping on Songs it gives the price of each individual song. But if I tap on the song (not the price) it shows Purchased. And all my purchases show under More > Purchased > Music (except for hidden items).
And has it downloaded to the Music app? It could be a bug with iOS. I just tried with a hidden song on my iPhone whereby I unhide and downloaded it, and it showed as downloaded in hidden purchases.
I was able to remove it from Hidden Purchases through the Music app on my Mac.
i Might try the delete music thing, that album seems to be an issue as it’s the same on my phone as on the Mac, says it purchased but also give the price for song where the other albums say play.
i may visit a store and see what a genius has to offer.

It show as downloaded but it’s also showing in hidden music, but if I unhide it the icon changes to downloaded then switches back the cloud icon and it then stays in hidden music.
They've been hidden. Open the iTunes Store, scroll up to the bottom and view/sign in with your Apple ID and look for hidden purchases.
