iPhone 15 Pro Max not charging

i started noticing this with my iphone 15 too, i regret getting this phone tbh it has been bringing so many complications, i shouldve stayed with my iphone 13 pro max. lol

the reason for this is because instead of the computer charging your phone, the phone is charging your computer. I noticed that my computer would be charged and my phone would be dead whenever i do this.

I’m having the issue where it’s plugged in but it’s acting like it’s not plugged in and keeps making the plugged in then unplugged noise I’m afraid it’s going to kill my battery! This just started a couple of days ago! But I cannot get my phone fully charged now and the noise keeps waking me up!

Phone is 7 months old and randomly started not charging about 10 days ago, have been to the Apple Store (150 mile round trip with a 1 and 4 year old) said it was fixed, charged when I first put it on cable but stopped that night, no alarm for work, have sat on phone with operator since 9:20am it is now 1:15pm carrying out “resets” and as a result I’ve my phone wiped and basically she said they can’t fix it until an update comes。frustrated wouldn’t cover it

had mines for about 2 months the pink one 💕never dropped or anything brand new out the box and Mine will every couple of seconds keep making the noises and vibrations over and over again as if I keep unplugging it and plugging it in again again it’s very frustrating I reset my phone still the same thing tried new outlets still the Same thing

My iPhone 15 pro max will not charge with the apple provided c type lead. The lead actually doesn’t hold into the socket very well at all either. The phone is only 6 months old so disappointed because the repair is going to put me without my phone for a while no doubt and I run a business with it. Never been dropped or mistreated and this happens with such a expensive phone.

Same issue! This is happened to me numerous occasions. I will try the software reset and see if that works. Ridiculous!

Thank you. I have the 15 but it started happening last night. And I was checking all my plugs, thinking that it’s an electrical issue. I got my phone in December so it’s brand news. But your suggestion helped. Why does that happen? And should I take it to the Apple Store?

My daughter is currently having this issue! Woke up at 5 am and was going to have to be a few hours work to get a replacement. Kind of surprised that for one person this started in October but the rest of us are all experiencing it now.

I just bought my I phone 15 promax just this Nov 13, 2023 then suddenly just now it stopped charging. I'm regretting buying this because it has a lot of issues, I'm Samsung user for the longest time and just shifted to I phone and this happened. Disappointed

Yesterday, all of a sudden the charging port of my iPhone 15 pro max started acting funny. When I would plug the wire in, it wouldn’t make that clicking sound and the port wouldn’t go all the way in. It still charges but the port area is very lose. Idk what happened I just got this phone a couple of months ago. Let’s hope Apple care comes in handy

My iPhone 15 pro max is not charging via C port which was purchased in Dec 2023. What to do now? The charging can be done via wireless charger.

However with the same cable android phone can be charged.

The same thing happened to me, I thought my charger was broken, but it wasn’t, since it still works when I charge my power bank. I even tried using different USB-C but still did not work. I also talked to the apple support and they just told me to go to the store and get it fixed. Glad I saw your comment and tried it. I was so worried that my charging port will not work anymore. I only have my iPhone for two weeks 15 Pro Max - last night I plugged it in and it didn’t charge. I was going bananas. I checked all my chargers. I checked all my cables I put my watch in and it was charging. I put my iPad in it was charging. Apple fix this problem - I paid a lot of money for this phone. I had a 12 Pro Max and it was perfect.

I went on YouTube to fine the answer to fix my new 15 pro max ….!

i had It for two weeks and now it won’t charge. this has to be a software problem Apple fix it because I don’t wanna keep on doing this.

They should recall it I’m so disgusted 🤮 n disappointed 😔 I think it’s the worst inconvenience n Apple will do nothing to accommodate goin back to my android 🤖 they would never 👎 get over on us this way I’m very upset I hope I don’t lose my job opportunity because of this hot mess for a phone they try to be so fancy n it’s all not worth it any more I can’t lie I want my money back asap
