iPhone 15 pro not charging with provided charger

I got a 15 pro roughly three months ago and have had no problems with it charging until now. Ive gone through the list of restarting, trying different outlets, checking for damage however it isn’t still isn’t working. It may simply be a cord problem, but the cord is still pretty new and should not have to be replaced after only three months. I found an old usb a to c cord that seems to be working but it takes a bit of fidgeting
