My iPhone 13 was hacked

iPhones 13 was hacked now it has preset focuses that turn on location, CarPlay, etc. cannot change focuses cannot reset iPhone had Apple ID walk-through erase back to factory using laptop and focuses through apps are still there. How do I get rid of it

It is highly unlikely that the problems you're experiencing are the result of "hacking".


Focus is a built in part of iOS. By default, there are a number of preset ones. I don't remember, other than Driving an Do Not Disturb which ones are turned on by default. If you restored your phone to a backup, any that were set would be returned to the phone. That's expected behavior.


Go to Settings>Focus and tap on each on and swipe to the bottom of the screen. Tap "Delete Focus". The only one that can't be deleted is Do Not Disturb.


One thing worth considering. Do you have a work email set up on your phone? If so, it may include a profile that alters your ability to make certain changes in Settings. Delete the email and see what happens. You can always add it back.
